Blogging!

It has been a while since I have blogged; that's no news to you though, is it? Keep checking in; afterall, when I finally do blog, I usually have something to say. A few things have been on my mind.

I thought July would have been a good time to visit the family, but realized my semester will not end until August.

MJ will probably not be found guilty even though he is. The witnesses that are for the prosecution seem quite witless. I think any Mom who allows her young boy to sleep with a grown man should be brought up on charges herself. Especially after many allegations have already been made.

TS is probably much better off now than she has been for the past 15 years.

Everyone allowed the pope to go home and die in peace.

I'm a massage therapist!

I just made my first appointment where I will be going to the client's house. I think I'll scope out the area first. My plan is to always call S's cell phone and leave a message where I am - when I'm finished, I'll leave that message too. If I don't call back in an hour and a half or so - check on me!

I need to figure out if I want to get a Massage Therapist license or a Holistic Health Practitioner License.

I enjoy my profession! What a concept!

That "runaway bride" in Georgia really was a runaway bride. Mucho dinero was spent on searching for her and she probably won't be charged with anything? That's just wrong.

I don't do "seasonal" cleaning; I just do major, detailed cleaning when a certain area starts bugging me. Other than that, I just try to keep the place looking good most of the time.

I prefer washing my own car, but since moving to CA, I sometimes do the drive through thing.

I don't hang any clothes outside, but I do hang special clothes in the "ducky" room.

I'm going to clean under the sink now; I enjoy that part of my life too - really!

Monday Madness on Sunday evening!

1. On what day of the week were you born? It is said that I was born on a Saturday - how convenient!

2. Were you born in the morning, afternoon, or evening? Probably very early in the morning (middle of the night,) but I don't know - Mom?

3. How many siblings do you have? I have 5 seesters!

4. Do you (or did you) ever wish you were an only child? I don't recall ever wishing I had been an only child and never felt like one either. I am very thankful for all my seesters and am confident that we would still be "there" for each other in times of need.

5. Did you (or do you) dream of having a big family of your own? NO! One companion and one dog is enough for me!

6. In your opinion, which is (or would be) easier to raise; boys or girls? In a way i think boys would be more fun - for the same reason I have a rottweiller and not a chihuahua - hmmm perhaps it's a good thing I don't have human puppies, eh?

7. In looks, do you favor your mother or your father? I believe there is definitely a little bit of both! What do you think?

Now, for last weeks questions!
1. ...did you have to turn your clocks forward one hour this weekend? Well, I didn't have to, but it sure makes it easier to function correctly with the rest of society. he he he

2. ...what is the price of gasoline? On April 10, 2005, it was $2.48 /gal for the cheap stuff at the least expensive place possible. It was $2.51 where I normally purchase mine due to location, ease of getting there, and price.

3. ...which natural disasters, if any, do you have to worry about? I don't really worry about any of them, but we could possibly experience earthquakes and landslides. Don't get your undies in a bunch though because in this particular location, it is my belief that we are not very vulnerable to either.

4. ...do you have a local newspaper, and if so, do you subscribe to it? Are there some places that don't have local papers? Yes, we subscribe the the San Diego Union Tribune on Sundays only.

5. ...do you subscribe to a local cable company for television viewing? Yes

6. ...what is the speed limit on your road/street? 15

7. ...how far do you have to drive to the nearest post office? it may be about 3 0r 4 miles.

8. ...what is the average temperature in April? Hmmmmmmmm, I could look this up but don't feel like it, so I'll guess 65.

9. ...what is the average temperature in December? Last december, it was probably 45ish.

10. ...are your four seasons drastically different from one another? No, but it did get cold this past winter and isn't exactly hot yet - cold, warm, and warmer being our seasons.

Speaking of earthquakes..... we just experienced my third one that I am aware of since I moved here. Just like the first one I experienced, this one felt like a big truck hitting the house. Today's happened at about 4am - I actually felt a little after shock later too. The aftershock was similar but weaker than what it felt like at my Ga home when Fort Stewart is playing war.
